It is an enterprise specializing in the research&development and produce aluminum alloys, which with output of more than 100,000 tons of high-quality recycled aluminum alloys. Products serving the fields of automobile, new energy, aerospace, 3C electronic products, 5G communication equipment, etc. Compared with the traditional resource-consuming electrolytic aluminum, each ton of recycled aluminum produced can reduce CO2 emissions by about 98%, which has obvious advantages in energy saving and environmental protection. Our company focuses on the production of recycled aluminum alloys and implements the national "Carbon Peak and Neutrality" strategy with practical actions.
We are certified to ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001. Moreover, we have got GRS and SCS dual recycle standard system certification. In recently year, our company devotes to innovation and R&D, and focusses on the new intelligent smelting equipment, new alloy materials and aluminum ash resource recycled. At present, the self-developed intelligent smelting workshop has been put into production. R&D of new aluminum alloy materials applied in many fields. The aluminum ash resource utilization project has invested 80 million yuan, the purpose of the construction is harmless treatment and resource utilization of aluminum ash, which is one of the demonstration projects of "Aluminum ash Pollution Control Technical Specification" of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
In 2022, we obtained the "Approval on Exemption of Hazardous Waste (Aluminum ash/drosses)" and "Approval on Exemption of the disposal aluminum scrap contained oil", while meeting the needs of self-production products, it can provide legal compliance and harmless disposal services of these two types of hazardous waste for the same industry and downstream customers.
