The session progressed from theoretical understanding to practical demonstration, thoroughly covering the standard CPR procedure of "checking responsiveness and breathing → chest compressions → rescue breaths." Detailed explanations were provided on the usage principles of AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and its coordinated application with CPR, ensuring employees could grasp crucial intervention measures within the "golden four-minute window."

Additionally, addressing common sudden incidents like airway obstructions, the instructor demonstrated the standardized procedures of the Heimlich maneuver, differentiating techniques for adults, children, and self-administered aid to ensure accurate comprehension and application.
